These terms describe the StayVisuals walkthrough service and what it means to send the inquiry form.
The service
StayVisuals creates one property marketing video from photography a host already has. The price is $500 per property video, paid once, for the walkthrough, the finished video file, one revision round, and a review before final delivery. A walkthrough is usually ready in a day or two.
What the form is
Submitting the form is a request for StayVisuals to follow up. It is not a completed order, it does not take payment, and it does not reserve a delivery date.
Your photos and listing
You are responsible for having the right to share the listing link and the photographs you send. The photos should show the property as a guest would find it.

Where you can use the video
You receive a finished video file for your own marketing. Airbnb currently uses photos in the standard listing gallery and does not currently support promotional video walkthrough uploads there. StayVisuals is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb. Use the file on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, your website, and other channels that accept video.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a change in search placement, bookings, occupancy, or revenue.
